We currently do not accept returns due to COVID-19.Â
Refunds/ReplacementsÂ
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. In order for us to resolve the issue, kindly include details of the problem with a clear photograph attached. It should be noted that refunds and replacements are issued on a case to case basis and, if approved, will be processed in a timely manner.Â
DelayedÂ
Sometimes there may be delays due to the courier. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control and we recommend allowing additional time for delivery during busy periods, such as Easter, Christmas and the New Year, for your order to arrive.
